Nature spotting in Blenheim estate + Woodstock village electric bike (ebike) tour

This activity is aimed at anyone who loves being outdoors and to see nature but in addition, Woodstock is a lovely historic town which is a real pleasure to walk around or cycle around to admire its great buildings. The tour of course will also include views towards Blenheim palace, which is one of Britain's most famous palaces and where Winston Churchill was born. Note- we cannot guide you inside Blenheim palace but if you wish to book self guided entry tickets to visit inside the palace, I can assist you with that.

We use high end Bosch motor electric bicycles which means that participants must legally be aged 14 to ride them. This tour activity is available for private groups of 1-6 persons and at least 1 day advance notice is usually required. The seasonal dates which we operate, will vary from year to year, based on weather but generally we offer this activity from late April until October. If your preferred date does not show as available, just call or email. In the winter season, we may still offer the tour but as a walking tour on a reduced route.

The tour starts and ends in Long Hanborough which is average 25 minutes taxi ride from Oxford & is also only 70 minutes by train from London Paddington. If you need a taxi transfer to get here and back to station or to Oxford, then I can assist with arranging that, if you can just directly pay the taxi driver.

The tour duration will average 3 hours but if you are on a tight schedule or if you are not, we will cater to that. I have selected a random default start time but if you prefer to start at a different time, please just make such schedule requests before you book the tour.

Cancellation in case of bad weather forecast terms and conditions:

Please note that the bikes are fitted with panniers, so it's recommend that you pack extra clothes for warmth or in case of rain.

If the weather forecast suggests heavy rain, then we will contact you at least 1 day in advance to ask you if you wish to cancel for a refund or to reschedule the tour date and or time or to replace the tour with a different activity more suited to bad weather.

In case of just light showers forecast, we do not cancel the tour. However, you may cancel the tour for a full refund, so long as you give us at least 24 hours notice.
